The ideal candidate will handle onboarding/offboarding, payroll data checks, benefits enrollment, and HRIS tasks, reporting to multiple offices including Glendale, Woodland Hills and Calabasas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Human Resources or Administration.
• Experience in HR administration within hospitality or entertainment preferred.
• Proficiency with HRIS and data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Accurate data entry and maintenance of HR documents in ADP.
• Support onboarding, offboarding and background checks.
• Assist with payroll data audits and reports.
• Coordinate meetings and manage office spaces.
• Support benefits enrollment and HR process improvements.
