Job summary

Insomniac is seeking a motivated Seasonal HR staffer in Orlando who can support the full-time HR team with onboarding, I-9 verification, and data entry in our HRIS. You will help maintain accurate records while facilitating smooth onboarding for new hires and seasonal staff.

You will assist with timekeeping for seasonal staff, handle confidential information, and help with payroll inquiries while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative or assistant experience
• Human Resources on-boarding experience is preferred
• Flexible with ever-changing duties and schedules
• Working knowledge of the I9 verification process
• Works well under pressure while maintaining close attention to detail and organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Workday and Time Clock Plus knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of HR during staff check-in with strong customer service.
• Process new hires via job requisitions in Workday HRIS.
• Handle sensitive employee information confidentially.
• Verify I-9 documents.
• Complete tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Timekeeping support for seasonal staff.
• Assist HR and employees with payroll and HR inquiries.
• Assist with payroll audits and special HR projects.
