Qualifications

• Two or more years of HR experience or equivalent customer-facing work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with HR systems and data handling.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding, I-9 compliance, data integrity, benefits inquiries, and HR process documentation.
• Collaborate with Technology, Shared Services, and HR leadership to streamline workflows.
• Support employees and managers with day-to-day HR needs and inquiries.
• Provide onboarding from offer to day one and handle HR self-service education.
