Job summary

HTG Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a seasonal, hourly role to oversee property maintenance and supervise staff. You will perform hands-on repairs and coordinate with the Property Manager.

You will manage scheduling, safety, and preventative maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems. A high school diploma and 4 years of industry experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years industry experience.
• Ability to directly supervise staff.
• HVAC Certification and EPA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance for the community as directed by Property Manager.
• Supervise staff with training, motivation, and performance feedback.
• Direct scheduling of maintenance personnel and vendors and ensure policy compliance.
• Track inventory for repairs and maintenance.
• Responsible for turnover process.
• Troubleshoot and repair of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance programs for mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire and life-safety systems.
• Enforce safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Operate within property budgetary guidelines.
• Assist with special projects and supervise Maintenance Technician.
