Qualifications

• Proficiency in apartment maintenance areas including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate work orders.
• Direct scheduling of maintenance personnel and vendors.
• Track inventory and manage turnover processes.
• Perform or supervise repairs across mechanical, electrical, and life-safety systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and budget constraints.
• Partner with Property Manager on preventative maintenance programs.
