Job summary

TRG Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day property upkeep across multiple housing types. You will coordinate staff, ensure safety, and manage inventory while working with the Property Manager on budget adherence.

The ideal candidate holds an EPA/CFC HVAC certificate, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and 3–4 years of supervisory experience in facilities. This on-site role includes strong benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3–4 years supervisory experience in maintenance or facilities.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
• EPA or CFC HVAC certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Communicates emergencies, property conditions, safety issues to the Property Manager promptly.
• Ensures staff are trained and have necessary equipment to perform duties.
• Follow budget guidelines and approved purchasing procedures.
• Maintain a safe working environment and educate on safety procedures.
• Develop hurricane preparedness and preventative maintenance plans.
• Stock, order, and manage inventory of parts and materials.
• Oversee service contractors and building repairs.
• Assist with bids and proposals and recommend PM decisions.
• Perform daily property walkthroughs to ensure aesthetics and operability.
• Monitor electrical systems, HVAC, water heaters, and mechanical equipment.
• Replace damaged components and diagnose faults in transformers, motors, and lighting.
