TRG Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee property upkeep across diverse housing types, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. The role requires supervising staff, coordinating preventive maintenance, and managing vendor bids.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 3–4 years of supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and an EPA/CFC HVAC certificate.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 3–4 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
• EPA or CFC (HVAC) certificate required.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate status and outcomes of emergencies, property conditions, safety issues to the Property Manager promptly.
• Ensure all employees are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
• Follow budgetary guidelines and obtain approvals for inventory purchases.
• Maintain a safe working environment and educate employees on safety procedures.
• Develop and implement hurricane preparedness plans for the property.
• Assist in creating and implementing a preventative maintenance program for the facility.
• Stock and arrange inventory of parts, supplies, and materials.
• Monitor service contractors and building repair/maintenance contractors.
• Solicit bids and proposals for the property and make recommendations to the PM.
• Conduct daily property walk-throughs to ensure aesthetics and operational equipment.
• Install and service electrical systems, equipment, and components.
• Monitor and maintain mechanical equipment including water heaters and HVAC systems.
• Replace damaged wires, diagnose defective machinery, and service transformers and motors.
• Replace electrical components and position-detecting devices that are malfunctioning.
• Monitor and adjust building systems such as HVAC and boilers.
• Other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.
