Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 4 years of property maintenance experience.
• Experience supervising staff is essential.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall and basic life safety tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance for the property and direct staff.
• Schedule maintenance personnel and vendors per policy.
• Monitor inventory and assist with budgets and safety compliance.
• Coordinate turnover and preventive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical systems and service requests.
