Job summary

Housing Trust Group in Florida seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the property's appearance and safe operation. This full-time, hourly role involves hands-on maintenance and supervising a team under the Property Manager.

Responsibilities include overseeing preventative maintenance across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and life-safety systems, managing work orders, inventory, and turnover while ensuring safety policies are followed. Benefits and PTO are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years industry experience.
• Ability to directly supervise staff.
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, carpentry, and life-safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community as directed by Property Manager.
• Supervise staff with training, motivation, and feedback.
• Schedule maintenance personnel and vendors per policies.
• Track repairs and preventative maintenance programs.
• Oversee turnover processes.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems; report hazards.
• Ensure safety policies and PPE compliance.
