Macy's is seeking an At Your Service Center Colleague to deliver a seamless, personalized shopping experience. You'll support Buy Online Pickup In Store, merchandise returns, order pickups, and other tasks while upholding Macy's service standards.

This role requires strong multitasking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset. You will work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, contributing to a welcoming store atmosphere.
