lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure every guest receives a quality in-store experience, while educating on our products and brand. This role sits on the store leadership team and drives sales performance, develops team members, and participates in hiring decisions on the floor.

The position requires leading from the floor, delivering technical product education, and maintaining exceptional guest connections.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or customer experience.
• Experience leading, mentoring or delegating to others.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver a best-in-class guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests and colleagues.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty and support daily sales targets.
• Contribute to hiring decisions and onboarding of new team members.
• Provide direct feedback and coaching to team members to drive development.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative and productive store environment.
