Job summary

Lululemon Athletica in Hillsdale, CA is seeking a Seasonal Guest Experience Lead to ensure every guest receives a superior in-store experience. You will lead from the floor, provide technical product education, and support daily sales goals.

As part of the store leadership team, you will supervise on-duty operations, assist with hiring, coach teammates, and foster an inclusive, energetic environment. Flexible shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Strong guest service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Continuously assess guest connection and provide technical product education to guests and teammates when needed.
• Lead as Supervisor on Duty to meet business, team, and guest needs on the floor.
• Prepare and ensure in-store readiness and maintain operational excellence during shifts.
• Open and close the store per procedures and manage daily routines.
• Review daily data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in store hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Provide direct feedback, coaching, and recognition to teammates to support development.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful, and productive team environment.
