Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Seasonal Guest Experience Lead at Santa Anita to guide the floor team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will educate guests on product features, support sales goals, and participate in hiring and coaching, while schedules vary including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

You will lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty, help maintain store readiness, and drive positive guest interactions through strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or customer experience preferred.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and provide exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an inclusive, high-quality guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to articulate value to guests.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty and support daily store performance.
• Assist with store readiness and operational excellence during shifts.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
• Review daily data to track progress toward sales goals.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Give direct feedback and coach team members to support growth.
• Foster a respectful, collaborative, and productive work environment.
