Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Comfortable using electronic devices and systems to complete transactions

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with BOPS, returns, and order pickups, following Macy's service standards
• Greet customers, build relationships, and help with total store fulfillment
• Operate systems and devices to complete transactions and pickups
• Maintain clean, organized pickup and return areas and curbside delivery
• Promote Macy's Loyalty program benefits during checkout
