Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, and recommending items.
• Support store environment and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist stocking and restocking merchandise and present products on the floor.
• Help the team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• address guest questions promptly and elevate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, and follow safety best practices.
• Adhere to store policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
