Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs, upsell as appropriate.
• Support store sales initiatives and maintain a high-visibility holiday shopping environment.
• Keep store clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise on shelves and fixtures; ensure items are well-presented and alphabetized.
• Assist in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices; follow safety guidelines.
• Adhere to attendance, professional dress, grooming, and GameStop policies.
