Qualifications

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly personality with strong guest service skills.
• Clear verbal communication and listening skills in English; bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods (8 hours) and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video game needs.
• Support store operations, merchandising, and holiday sales initiatives.
• Assist stocking and restocking merchandise; keep shelves organized and alphabetized.
• Help maintain clean, well-presented store areas and restrooms per guidelines.
• Assist in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate to a supervisor as needed.
• Adhere to all store policies and safety practices.
