The role requires 18+ with a high school diploma preferred and prior retail or guest service experience is advantageous. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly personality with strong guest service skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with gaming needs, and recommending items.
• Support store sales initiatives and maintain the shopping environment during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking merchandise and ensure products are presented well on the selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, following safety guidelines.
• Adhere to store policies and procedures, including attendance and confidentiality.
