Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video game needs, recommending items as appropriate.
• Support store sales initiatives and maintain an engaging shopping environment.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per company guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and replenishing merchandise on shelves and fixtures.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction targets.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
