Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with their video game needs, recommending items as appropriate.
• Support store sales initiatives and maintain a clean, presentable shopping environment.
• Stock and stockroom transfers; ensure products are well-presented and alphabetized on the selling floor.
• Assist in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Follow loss prevention practices and safety guidelines.
• Adhere to all GameStop policies and procedures.
