Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak sales days. You will focus on sales, store maintenance, and customer service while participating in every transaction with strong selling behaviors.

The role requires an 18+ year-old with a high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail or guest service experience is preferred. You may work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store operations, maintain a clean and merchandised environment, and contribute to holiday sales initiatives.
• Assist in stocking merchandise and ensure products are presented neatly on the selling floor.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Adhere to store policies, attendance, and grooming standards while maintaining safety practices.
