Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join the store team for peak sales periods. You will deliver exceptional guest service, help with gaming product recommendations, and participate in daily store operations to support revenue goals.

You must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred and have prior retail or guest service experience as a plus. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service and assist with gaming needs.
• Support store environment and sales initiatives during holidays.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised.
• Stock and restock merchandise, transfer from stock room to selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a keyholder.
• Follow loss prevention and safety practices.
