Pinnacle Propane is seeking a Customer Care Representative for a seasonal, full-time role in Bridgeport, TX. The CCR works with the Customer Care Supervisor to handle front-office duties and may assist with propane bottle refilling after training and licensing.

This seasonal role emphasizes efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. The position supports peak demand periods and may require flexible evenings, weekends, and overtime, with training provided and compliance with safety

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
• Effective communication skills and ability to interact with all employees and customers
• Ability to resolve customer inquiries while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor
• Ability to remain organized and focused on attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• English fluent proficiency, verbal and written; Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Answering calls and handling customer queries
• Provide first level support for customer complaints or issues
• Research / resolve customer inquiries
• Discuss with direct supervisor, results of their daily, weekly, and monthly performance
• Accountable for satisfactory daily call answer rate and first call resolutions
