Total Wine & More is seeking a friendly Front End Team Member to operate cash registers, assist customers, and support store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will process transactions, verify IDs, and promote the loyalty program while maintaining a clean, welcoming store floor.

Seasonal positions may transition to non-seasonal roles. Prior retail experience and comfort with POS systems are valued. A strong team mindset and customer-first attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling payments and ID verification.
• Promote loyalty program and assist customers with product questions.
• Bag and bagging, greeting customers, and providing a personalized shopping experience.
• Maintain knowledge of advertised promotions, safety rules, and store policies.
• Assist with merchandising, stock, and training as needed.
