Total Wine & More is seeking a seasonal Front End Team Member (cashier) to process transactions, assist customers, and promote loyalty programs. The role may include duties as a sales associate or merchandiser, with training in wine, spirits, and beer to build product knowledge.

Expect to greet customers, provide a personalized experience, and adhere to alcohol sale laws while maintaining a safe, clean store environment. Seasonal position offering flexible hours, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Physical requirements (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification, payments, loyalty promotions, and bagging.
• Deliver personalized service by greeting customers and building relationships.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness and comply with alcohol sale laws.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities as assigned.
