Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Cashier/Front End Team Member for a Seasonal position in the United States. You will handle transactions, greet customers, and promote loyalty programs while delivering fast, friendly service in a retail environment.

The role may also serve as a sales associate or merchandiser. Expect 1–3 years in retail, strong POS familiarity, and the ability to work evenings/weekends; training on wine and spirits is provided.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of work experience, retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years or older with ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and loyalty programs.
• Greet customers and provide a personalized shopping experience.
• Develop product knowledge through wine, spirits and beer training.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and store safety standards.
• Support cross‑functional duties and uphold regulatory compliance.
