Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member to deliver fast, friendly service as a cashier and sales associate. You will process transactions, verify IDs, handle payments, promote the loyalty program, and bag purchases.

You may also serve as a merchandiser or stock associate and participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge while greeting customers. This seasonal role offers benefits and a pay range of $16.43–$23.00 per hour; you’ll work flexible evenings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Verify identification and handle payments.
• Promote loyalty program and assist customers.
• Bag purchases and provide friendly service.
• Greet customers and build relationships while informing about products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
