Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring a Seasonal Cashier/Front End Team Member to deliver fast, friendly service at the register and while assisting customers. You may also assist as a sales associate or merchandiser, supporting store goals and promotions.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, verifying IDs, promoting the loyalty program, and bagging products. The role requires a 21+ age, flexibility to work evenings/weekends, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Answer customer questions and promote the loyalty program.
• Bag merchandise and provide a personalized shopping experience.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and store policies.
• Adhere to alcohol sale laws and keep the store safe and compliant.
• Support cross-functional store duties as needed.
