This seasonal role may become non-seasonal. Experience in retail and wine training is valued, with shifts that may include evenings and weekends. 21+ and a strong customer-service mindset are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers, promote loyalty programs, and provide personalized service.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, ads, and loyalty programs.
