Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member to process transactions, assist customers, and promote loyalty programs in a fast-paced retail setting. The role includes ensuring accurate cash handling, ID checks where required, and maintaining product knowledge through ongoing training.

The position supports part-time and full-time schedules, with opportunities for cross-functional responsibilities such as merchandising and store operations, all while upholding safety and compliance

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
1-3 years of work experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
Deliver friendly, personalized service and promote loyalty programs.
Greet customers, build relationships, and inform about products and services.
Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
