Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member to provide fast, friendly service as a cashier, with opportunities to cover as a sales associate or merchandiser. You will process transactions, assist customers with product knowledge, and support store operations in a dynamic retail environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and flexibility in scheduling, with seasonal terms and opportunities for growth within the Total Rewards program.

Qualifications

• Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset.
• 1-3 years of work experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification, payment handling, answering inquiries, promoting loyalty program, and bagging product.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe store environment.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
