Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in hospitality, front desk preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Computer literacy in MS Office; familiarity with property management systems preferred.
• English fluency in speaking and writing.
• No college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise front desk team to meet standards and deadlines.
• Guide team in handling difficult problems and guest complaints.
• Implement policies and service standards with management.
