Qualifications

• Must be friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented when addressing guests.
• Excellent interpersonal communication in person and by phone.
• Ability to multitask and stay professional under pressure from guests and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, registering, and assisting guests throughout their visit.
• Answer phone inquiries, provide accurate information about services, and manage reservations
• Process customer payments, including credit card transactions, cash handling, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Outfit guests with appropriate attire and equipment for their scheduled activities
• Resolve guest concerns and issues promptly to ensure a positive experience
• Reconcile daily transactions, verify charges, complete required paperwork, and perform other assigned duties
