Job summary

Generation Hospitality’s Hibernation Station in West Yellowstone, MT seeks a welcoming Guest Service Representative. You will be the first face and voice for guests, handling reservations, check-ins/outs, and inquiries to ensure a seamless stay.

You’ll coordinate with housekeeping and management, provide local recommendations, and uphold a five-star guest experience. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is expected.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
• Check guests into and out of our 50-cabin hospitality property efficiently and accurately.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist guests with reservations, questions, and trip planning.
• Book and modify reservations using our property management system.
• Manage reservations from OTAs such as Expedia, Booking.com, and other third-party booking partners.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure guest needs are met quickly.
• Assist with billing questions, payment processing, and reservation changes.
• Maintain accurate guest records and documentation.
• Provide recommendations for Yellowstone National Park, local attractions, restaurants, and activities.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to provide a five-star guest experience.
