Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist in Wichita Falls, TX. You will greet clients, handle check-in, answer calls, schedule appointments, and support daily office operations with a team of tax professionals.

This in-person role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Evening and weekend availability during tax season is required.

Qualifications
