Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the office, handling client check-ins, scheduling, and document management. The role supports a team of tax professionals and provides a pathway into tax preparation or office leadership with on-the-job training.

The position is in-person, requiring availability during tax season, evenings, and weekends, with a focus on confidentiality and professional client service at a Wichita Falls, TX

• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and discretion.
