H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office and support daily operations in person during tax season.

You will greet clients, manage check-in, handle scheduling, and collaborate with tax professionals to ensure a smooth client experience. Evening and weekend availability is required. This role offers hands-on training and a path into tax-related roles within our offices.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with team and serve clients professionally.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities throughout the day.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort using basic computer programs and scheduling tools (MS Office, Teams).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.

Responsabilités

• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional based on their needs.
• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.

• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
