Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax expert, whether in person, by phone, or virtually.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, friendly environment, manage multiple tasks, and help keep the office organized while delivering warm, personalized service. Flexibility to work across locations may be required; prior customer service experience is valued, and Microsoft Office skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
