H&R Block in Tarpon Springs, FL is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist. You will greet clients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and guide customers to the right tax professional to ensure a smooth, welcoming office day.

This in-person role supports daily office operations, maintains confidentiality of client information, and collaborates with tax professionals to keep the office organized. Tax-season evenings and weekends availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with team members and serve clients professionally.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities throughout the day.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort using basic computer programs and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams and scheduling systems).

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, professional first impression as the face of the office.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional based on their needs.
• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience.
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care.
