Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to greet clients, manage check-ins, and support daily office operations in person. You will coordinate scheduling, connect clients with the appropriate tax professional, and help maintain a professional client experience during tax season.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, teamwork, and strong communication. Evening and weekend availability during tax season is required, with on-site work at our Crystal River office.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, professional first impression as the face of the office
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional based on their needs
• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care
