H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to wow clients and match them with the right tax pro. You’ll greet and assist clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and help ensure needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual channels.

This franchise office operates independently under an agreement with H&R Block. Prior customer service experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred; flexible schedule across multiple locations.

Formación

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned
