Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is hiring a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the office. In this in-person role, you will greet clients, manage scheduling, and support daily operations alongside tax professionals.

You will handle check-in and intake, route clients to the right tax specialist, maintain a professional office environment, and protect confidential information. This role requires evenings and weekends during tax season, with opportunities for growth
