Job summary

Limelight Hotels, Snowmass, Colorado, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, check them in, and collect payments for departures. You will coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services to fulfill requests and enhance the overall guest experience, reporting to the Front Office Manager.

This seasonal position offers an hourly rate of $22.50, with full-time or part-time schedules. A high school diploma or equivalent and prior guest-service or front-desk experience are

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of customer or guest experience preferred.
• Previous front desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assign rooms.
• Provide hotel information and amenities to guests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments daily.
• Manage reservations, changes, and cancellations.
• Assist guests with special requests and payments.
