Job summary

Limelight Hotels is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Idaho to warmly welcome guests, check them in, and present hotel amenities. You will coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services to fulfill requests and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.

This part-time role emphasizes attentiveness, proactive service, and a strong guest focus, with responsibilities including reservations, payments, and guest guidance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of customer or guest experience preferred.
• Previous front desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms.
• Provide summary of the hotel and available amenities.
• Coordinate with other departments daily needs or special requirements for guests.
• Recommend restaurants and activities based on guest interests.
• Maintain cash bank and daily cash settlements.
• Accept reservations, changes, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready.
• Comply with hotel and Aspen One policies.
• Assist in emergency and security procedures as directed.
• Complete tasks and projects delegated by manager and assist other departments as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
