Job summary

Limelight Snowmass is hiring a Guest Service Agent to shuttle guests and support front desk operations this winter season. The role reports to the Front Office Manager and offers both full-time and part-time seasonal schedules.

The position requires a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and customer service experience preferred. Training will cover safety, guest service, and ski storage procedures.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• High School Diploma or high school equivalent preferred.
• One year of guest/customer service skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive and shuttle guests to local locations as scheduled by the Front Desk.
• Familiarize guests with points of interest, restaurants, activities, and hotel facilities.
• Maintain communication with Front Desk for itinerary changes and guest requests.
• Check vehicle cleanliness and perform basic safety checks (fluids, tires).
• Ensure proper baggage tagging and ski storage procedures when applicable.
• Deliver messages or items to guest rooms or other hotel areas as needed.
