Job summary

Limelight Snowmass is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to lead front desk operations, optimize room inventory, and ensure a seamless guest experience. The role reports to the Front Office Manager and oversees staff performance in alignment with brand standards.

The position offers a salary range of $65,000–$73,000 per year, with bonus eligibility for salaried staff, and requires English; Spanish is preferred for communication with diverse guests.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 2 years hotel supervisory experience required.
• English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervisory responsibilities including scheduling, discipline, and evaluations.
• Act as Manager on Duty as required.
• Oversee front desk operations and staff administration.
• Coach staff to meet Limelight service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Address guest complaints and ensure exceptional service.
• Train new staff and cross-train in slow seasons.
• Coordinate with hotel departments for VIPs and group guests.
• Attend daily operations and bi-weekly managers meetings.
