Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - 1689 is seeking a Seasonal Assistant District Manager (ADM) responsible for leading multi-store operations, recruitment, and profitability during the seasonal period. You will coordinate with the District Manager to optimize district performance and customer service.

The role requires 2+ years of management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends during the season. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent related business experience preferred.
• 2 years' management or supervisory experience required with ability to lead and inspire others.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of seasonal team members across multiple stores/kiosks.
• Recruit and interview seasonal staff; oversee training and onboarding.
• Monitor performance, ensure adherence to standards, and coordinate with HR on issues.
