Job summary

Canvaspop is seeking a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative to join our remote team. The role is part-time with weekend shifts and reports to the Customer Experience Supervisor.

You will manage inquiries via phone, chat, and email, process orders, and liaise with the design team for custom art projects. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to upsell where appropriate.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in the customer service industry or sales, inbound or outbound.
• Understand customer service principles and apply problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, empathy and active listening in conversations.
