Job summary

Michaels, a leading arts and crafts retailer, is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service in our DFW-Allen, TX store. You will assist customers, locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience while supporting omni-channel processes and merchandise recovery.

Team members participate in truck unload, stocking, planograms, and cross-training in Custom Framing. A positive attitude and adherence to SOPs are essential in our climate-controlled retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash accurately
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enroll them
• Educate customers on VOC surveys
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram processes
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise, handle returns as needed
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Follow SOPs and company policies
• Interact with customers and team members in a respectful manner
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
• Other duties as assigned
