Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking a store team member at our Dallas, TX location to deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products. You will ensure a fast checkout, perform cash handling to standards, and participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.

You will engage customers on rewards programs and private label credit cards and support Omni channel activities. The role emphasizes maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store, adhering to SOPs, and contributing

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform store duties.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with Omni channel processes: BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Maintain in-stock store, handle returns and merchandise recovery.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs.
